At Be Hot Personal Training we specialise in supporting and educating women to live their Happiest and Healthiest life every day.  Bec has been working in the industry since 2006 and has adapted her training over this time, to ensure women listen and work with their body in a safe and effective way, not just get a sweat on.  We offer private 1:1 training sessions in studio, or our fabulous and fun Pilates Mat sessions twice each week!

Changes for 2025!

Personal training and Pilates....

We have made the big change this year to focus on our Personal Training clients and Pilates sessions. 

We are running two Pilates Mat sessions each week, Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm – 6:15pm. Mat Pilates focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility and enhancing overall body awareness. These classes focus on controlled movements, proper alignment and breathwork to promote balanced muscle development. 

Our Personal Training sessions are 30min private sessions, planned according to our Clients goals. These include strength training, circuits, boxing, Reformer Pilates and more.
